Aspire Construction is a family-owned, local, small business. Any job we have had done by Aspire at my home or rental properties have all been completed with excellent craftsmanship and meticulous detail. But really want to talk about the beautiful playground completed by Aspire a couple years back. My kids, now 10 & 12, still ask to go this playground. It’s evident that precise engineering skills came into play when building this site, and safety of the children was priority one. Aspire executed and delivered on this plan. And this playground is not only great for kids of all ages, but also kids with sensory dysfunction and physical disabilities. It’s truly a magical place. I would highly recommend Aspire for ANY construction job.

Aspire Construction and Renovations was founded in 2023 by Kenan Sims and his wife. With a deep background in construction and a clear sense of purpose, they took a step of faith and built something of their own. The name Aspire reflects exactly that: a desire to reach higher and do the work right.
Kenan brings hands-on construction experience across multiple trades. That experience shapes how every project is handled, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Nothing gets handed off without care, and nothing gets rushed to meet a deadline at the cost of quality.
